My best ideas come either in the first waking moments in the morning (sometimes they wake me up out of a sound sleep) or in the shower. You absolutely have to let go of your conscious mind and let it simply flow. You cannot think or focus harder to create. The brain is constructed to employ a a strange and wonderful process.
